高频交易里面用机器是自然的。你让一个人一天做几百个交易的话，一星期大概就要死人了。:*22*:

不少也都是从小三转业过来的。:*22*:

大一些的公司，交易人员和算法以及程序设计人员间的界限比较明确。有些工作则不太明确。理念和方法事情就多了。总的说来，很多其他领域的新思想新方法一出来，首先就用到了金融领域。

是啊，这两个市场确实有相当大的区别。美国市场价格反映信息的程度比较高，专业的说就是市场有效程度高。所以价格的日常变动就小些，所以日常的交易要赚钱单靠抓趋势什么的就难些，所以要对冲啊套利啊杠杆啊什么的来折腾。但是它一旦受到意外事件的影响就会动得很猛烈，因为这个“意外”对市场来说，是个相对“真”的意外。
中国市场则没事就一天到晚的来回乱窜，有没有“意外”一个样:*22*: ，530那样的也不过如此。但是抓趋势倒反而容易些。

QFII is short for Qualified Foreign Institution Investors. Under the QFII system, it allows QFII to invest in local currency and use the specific accounts investing in the local securities markets. The return of the investment, including dividend, capital gain from the investment, can be legally exchanged into foreign currency and repatriated.
Historically, A-share market in China was closed for foreign investors. But the QFII measures promulgated in November 2002 allowed the qualified foreign institutions to invest in the A-share market under certain foreign exchange flow and disclosure requirements. The major institutions that are invited to apply QFII include fund management companies, insurance companies, securities firms and commercial banks with the qualifications prescribed by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) or other regulators.
Upon the approval of CSRC, the securities industry watchdog in China, the QFII will be granted an investment quota with minimum amount of USD50mn and maximum amount of USD800mn by State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE). After selecting a China custodian bank and one or two local brokers, QFII can place orders in buy and sell stocks in China A-share market.
According to “QFII securities investment management method” announced by CSRC and the People’s Bank of China (PBoC), the investment scope of QFII includes: A-share stock listed in securities exchanges, treasury bonds, convertible bonds, corporate bonds, warrants and other financial products approved by CSRC.

看了会儿。股票如果只是挣钱，时间长了就没多大意思了。玩股玩出性情，才是中上的股民所追求的。
